1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ItsMyFix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including clients, workers, and visitors.
2. Use of Service
ItsMyFix provides a platform connecting skilled workers with physical tasks through humanoid robot telepresence technology. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse our services or interfere with their normal operation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Task Posting & Acceptance
Clients may post tasks describing physical work to be completed. Workers may accept tasks matching their skills. Both parties agree to act in good faith and communicate clearly about task requirements, timelines, and expectations.
5. Worker Obligations
Workers must complete accepted tasks to the best of their ability, follow all safety protocols when operating robotic equipment, and maintain professional conduct. Workers are independent contractors and not employees of ItsMyFix.
6. Payment & Fees
Payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Clients fund tasks upfront, and payment is released to workers upon verified task completion. ItsMyFix charges a service fee on each transaction. All fees are clearly disclosed before task confirmation.
7. Limitation of Liability
ItsMyFix provides the platform on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to ItsMyFix in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any pending tasks will be handled according to our cancellation policy, and any earned but unpaid funds will be released.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of ItsMyFix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
